Shipping Policy

All US packages are shipped through USPS and are typically received 3-5 business days after processing.

All orders take a standard 1-3 business days to process, not including weekends regardless of shipment method elected. 

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package is lost, you must contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking number you received once your order shipped. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We can not replace your package if it was lost. It is rare, but please be aware this can happen.

Please Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed, regardless of the shipment method selected. All orders purchased after 3:00 pm PST are noted as the following business day.  

Contact us if overnight shipping is available on eligible items at an additional cost.  

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

All shipping return items are at the consumers expense.
